Liverpool’s title parade was marred by a horrifying incident on Monday evening as a car drove into a crowd of supporters.
Police have confirmed that a 53-year-old man has been arrested and revealed that 27 people were taken to hospitals across the city.
Two of those, including one child, are said to have serious injuries.
Another 20 people were injured and treated at the scene, although were not taken to hospital.
