Panopticon and Catharsis to Play Some Shows on the U.S. East Coast This October

For four days this October, Austin Lunn’s folksy black metal band Panopticon will be playing shows along the east coast with metalcore standard-bearers and the recently reunited Catharsis. Getting to see Panopticon play live is a treat in itself, since it rarely happens in this part of the country, so this is kind of a big deal.

The whole thing starts on October 8 in Boston before spending the next three days playing Brooklyn (October 9), Philadelphia (October 10), and Baltimore (October 11).

This whole thing will be in support of Panopticon’s two most recent albums that came out last year (Songs Of Hiraeth and Laurentian Blue), as well as a new album that’s coming out this May.
